binary8

It’s been a little quiet for the last few weeks, as I’ve been feverishly working on the ten tracks for the Binary album, as part of the RPM challenge. Not sure how things are progressing, but I do know I’m very quickly running out of time t-minus 5 days. This is the very first recording of a 1 take version of 8, so this one will probably get some serious rework after I’ve listened to it on the way to work over the next few days. I hope you enjoy it.

After doing my burn to CD and play in car with window open test, I’ve spent some time remastering Binary 3, so it’s not just exclusively bass and top end and now hopefully has more middle and a better division of tones between left and right. The other 5 tracks so far on the album passed the test on this mornings spring like drive to work.

As part of the RPM Challenge, this is track 3 of my ten track album which will be called Binary. For those not familiar with the RPM Challenge it is an annual event held every February, the challenge to create a 10 track album or 35 minutes of continuous music.
